My second shooter is my husband! We’ve always had a very easy relationship, and I love working with him on wedding days. He’s an excellent photographer and knows exactly how I like to run the photography aspect of a wedding day. We have a little girl, Mia, and a little boy, Wyatt and two big dogs, Bruce & JJ.
I absolutely love college football! Any Saturday that I’m not at a wedding, you’ll find me planted on the couch editing away, watching any game I can find! I won’t tell you my favorite team because I live in Michigan, and I’m sure I’ll get kicked out of the state!
I love long distance running. It is soothing to my soul and gives me time to be by myself and clear my head. I’ve completed a few half marathons and hope to one day run a full marathon.
My husband and I love to travel! I cannot get enough of the southeastern US and would love to do photos in that area! A few of my other must travel to places are Fiji, Italy, Ireland, Hawaii, and Seattle.
A couple of my other pastimes are reading and quilting. I love a good novel and read a pretty wide genre, anything from Janet Evanovich to Tom Clancy. My grandmother was an exceptional quilter. It was always something I wanted to try because she did it. Even though it makes me sound like an old lady, I absolutely love doing it!
